Clearly, I’m having problems with my blog… no theme loading, no CSS

The theme has gone missing. I assume it must have something to do with the upgrade but it happened on the other blog hosted here as well (which did not go through an upgrade). It’s a mystery and I’m not getting much help with my host (that’s a whole other rant).
