As I grew into the role of parent, I sometimes felt as if I were taking apart a ship and using the planks to build a ship for someone else. I was building a ship across time, out of my time.
Regardless of the industry, when people care deeply about what they’re making and who they’re helping, it shows.
the most creative professionals always played with the problem for much longer before they tried to resolve it. Because they were prepared to tolerate that slight discomfort and anxiety that we all experience when we haven’t solved a problem.
Not my typical project these days but I quickly put this together for a friend of mine. His flat-file PHP site was a little long in the tooth so, using his brand colors, I whipped this up all in-browser. Fast, responsive, does the job!
