Whiskey Sour recipe


  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Separate an egg and add the white into the shaker.
  3. Close the shaker and dry shake for about 20 seconds to thoroughly emulsify the egg white.
  4. Add ice and shake until cold.
  5. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Optionally layer a couple drops of bitters onto your foam.
